On the way to preschool this morning Eminem’s song Mockingbird was playing on the radio. Spencer was telling me that the song is about a little girl whose mommy and daddy went away. And I said “That’s Eminem’s daughter.” Spencer thought about it a little bit and he goes “How is Eminem her dad?” I said, “Just like you are my son and Skyler is my daughter.” Spencer still didn’t quite understand it and he said “But how come Eminem is her dad?” I said, “Because Eminem was married to her mommy and they had a baby and that’s Hailey.” So Spencer asked “What is her mommy’s name?” I said “It’s Kim.” And Spencer goes “Oh, Kim Possible.”
