How to get your husband to clean the garage
Wanna know the secret to getting your husband to clean the garage? Let him buy a projector on eBay.

Our garage was a total disaster. We could only park one car at a time in there and even that was iffy. You had to slide out the car door because the door wouldn’t open very far. I’ve been after Lee to clean it for months.
But then Lee found an old projector on eBay and every thing changed.
A couple days ago he started cleaning out the garage. I thought all my nagging was finally working. But then I realized he wasn’t cleaning the garage for me. He was just making room for his “Man Cave.”

He still has some cleaning to do, but he now has enough room to invite a couple friends over to watch the game in style. He bought a painter’s cloth at Menards, tied it to the garage door and now they’re out there watching the Cowboys play on a theater-sized screen.
Now if only I could figure out a way to get him to do some of the repairs inside the house. I wonder if eBay has a solution for that.

OMGaw…how FUNNY! A MAN room. At least the farts and burps aren’t floating around in the house…
LOL! It is amazing what motivates men. At least now you can park in the garage right?
That’s GENIUS!
That Cowboys game was awesome (Cowboys are hubby’s favorite) … I can’t believe they scored 9 points at the end to WIN IT!
Anyway … great “MAN” room … I will so not even show this to my sports freak of a husband. Looks like your hubby and mine would get along great drinking their diet drinks watching the game …
Me? Well, I’m all about the beer.
What an awesome media room!
Your husband has a lot in common with mine. My husband found a projector at a garage sale for $5.00. I kid you not, that thing goes with us everywhere: campgrounds, family vacations, reunions, birthday parties. He assumes that, every where we go, someone will want to see a movie or sporting event of some kind on a big white sheet in the middle of the night.
Last year, we went camping, and we had 15 strangers standing behind our campsite, watching Pirates of the Caribbean with us. My kids were really embarrassed. My husband thought it was the epitomy of cool!
Cowboys…bah! Nice room though, it is a shame that the Cowboys are celebrated there…grrrr.
