Embarrassing myself on the internet
I was laying on the couch being a total lazy bum. Lee asked me no less than three times “Shouldn’t you be getting ready by now?” He was right. But it was so comfy under the big fleece Cowboy’s blanket, in front of the heater. I couldn’t get my butt up.
Today is Lori’s birthday and we are going out for drinks.
When I got off the couch I looked like this:
It was only an hour until I needed to leave. And I looked like that.
EEEEKKKK!
Plus I forgot to blog. And I’ll likely be out until after midnight. And it’s NaBloPoMo. What’s a girl to do?
So in today’s post I decided to punish myself for being such a slacker and post photos of myself on the internet.
Here I am before getting ready for my night on the town:
No makeup. Hair a mess. And only 50 minutes until I’m supposed to meet my friends.
An hour later, I had my hair straightened, my makeup on and a new shirt.
But I’m still late. Not that that’s a shocker to anybody.
