Toe socks for everyone
As of half an hour ago I have officially started my Christmas shopping. I know some of you are already done with your shopping, but this is early for me. I am usually at the mall on Christmas Eve with all the men, buying whatever is left on the shelves. Not that I have to worry too much about what’s left because gift certificates are always in stock. I know. I put a lot of thought in to my gifts.
So tonight I bought one thing for Skyler and three things for Caleb. Caleb and Skyler are so easy to shop for. Caleb pretty much wants any toy they show on Cartoon Network. And Skyler pretty much wants anything doll related or art project related. Skyler also has “toe socks” on her list. She’s so kissing up. And I love it!
Keaton and Justis are a little more difficult. They want an Xbox 360. In fact Justis’ list consists of Xbox 360, Xbox 360 games and Call of Duty 4 for PC. Oh, and money. So he can buy Xbox 360 games. There’s just one two problems with that. (1) It’s impossible to find an Xbox 360. And (2) they are expensive. So at this point I have no idea what I’m getting them for Christmas. Maybe toe socks?
Spencer is hard to buy for too. He wants whatever his big brothers want. So an Xbox 360. [Do you sense a theme here?] He also wants a Nintendo DS and a cell phone. A cell phone? HE’S EIGHT YEARS OLD. We can cross cell phone right off that list. Oh look. He also has socks on his list. I’m pretty sure he wants some Under Armour socks [because those are his favorites...since that's what Keaton likes], but I’m going to get him toe socks just to be funny. Aren’t I clever? It’s so much fun torturing the kids. Especially during the holiday season.

Maybe you should take a picture of the Xbox and cell phone and tape them to the socks.
That should take care of them.
It is fun to torture them, lol. I am sure they’ll be thrilled. When I was younger my mom would always wrap and give us underwear. I was horrified every year having to open up underwear in front of my dad and she just thought it was so funny….
Ps… Just seeing the word Toe Socks still freaks me out…but I will be buying them for my mother, who, like you, LOVES them.
