Finding humor in gas station signs
On our road trip home from grandma’s house, we stopped at a gas station I’ve never heard of before. It was called Marshalls (or something like that) and it was off the beaten path somewhere in Illinois. As we were parked to pump the gas I looked over and saw this sign.

Maybe it was my exhausted delirium from being up so late the night before or for being so active the last few days, but I burst out laughing when I saw it. It was like when you say “note to self” to yourself. Only this sign was all “Warning Self, Don’t smoke.” It’s so nice of myself to remind me not to smoke.
Ok, clearly I need to just go to bed and get some rest because I have a feeling I’m the only one who finds this funny.

Once again, if this posts twice, I am sorry. Anyway…
The sign on the front door of my cardiologist’s office says:
No Cell Phones
No Smoking
No Firearms
HUH? Is this really a problem at the cardiologoist’s office? I hadn’t heard on the new anything about people with pacemakers going postal.
