Sunday Linky Love
Did you hear about what Justis’ girlfriend’s mom did the other night that totally pissed me off? The nerve of some people’s mothers.
My friend Lori could use a cyber hug. Her mom has decided to stop dialysis.
Melissa is starting a new website called Root and Sprout. “Root and Sprout is a place for moms and dads to come for practical information, stories, and advice about being a parent and raising kids. Root and Sprout focuses on growing a family through gentle parenting and healthy living. The site is a happy, positive, and tranquil place to be.” It’s currently under construction, but in the next few months it will be up and running, not just with articles written by Melissa, but she’s also looking for some experienced moms and dads to share their story too.
It is really sad that we are still seeing racism like this in today’s day and age. It’s just disgusting that people are still judging other based on the color of their skin.
You know you’re a mom when you get excited about being able to leave the razor out on the edge of the bathtub. Too funny!
This has got to be the best picture ever. She really does know her mom.
Twist & Skewer has some great parenting tips.
The Backpacking Dad guest posted on Carmen’s site while Carmen was out of town. He wrote a great post about bullies and how to deal with the different kinds.
This has got to be the best poem ever. Hilarious!
Mrs. Flinger had a lot of fun at the DMV. Don’t you just love them there?
As somebody who has OCD I can really appreciate an extra few inches of space.
This is about the cutest little stretch I’ve ever seen. And then this tender moment. It almost makes me want to have another baby. Almost.
Is the family court system in the U.S. sexist? Stephanie talked it out with a friend.
This literally made me cry and laugh at the same time. It’s true. Kids really do love us for the little things. They love us because we love them.
What’s the difference between a ranger and a commando? A ranger wears underwear.
I’m totally jealous of Tara’s creative space. After seeing that I’m ashamed to look at my pathetic, so not creative space.
I’m in love with this desk lamp. My birthday is coming up in two months. I’m just sayin’.
Killian & Company have received some of the funniest cover letters ever. Too funny.
Since we’re on the subject of job seeking, check out these beautiful resumes. Who knew resumes could also be a piece of art?
Sausage Calzone. YUM!
And for desert, Apple Brown Betty. *Licking lips*
Are you following the Blissfully Domestic weekly meal plan each week? It takes the guess work out of the “what’s for dinner” debate.

Thanks for the linky loo sweets!
P.S - I totally know you tagged me awhile back and I have NOT forgotten. It’s a matter of finding time to compile old posts… and really, I’m scared. Cuz I might just be completely embarrassed about what I’ve written… it’s happened before. Some things are just better left in the past. LOL!
However, it will be coming and you WILL get the recognition!
Muwha!
